  We met Pastor Jason & Nicole Rollin several years ago when they were pastors of a youth group. When we heard in 2015 that they were starting a church operating out of Adams HS in Rochester, my husband and I thought, "Yeah we want to check this out, we want to consider being a part of this." For two years now we've enjoyed the atmosphere of authenticity at City Light. People just like us: raising families, facing real world problems, figuring out life, seeking more of God. We feel that City Light is a great community where we are growing in our relationship and understanding of Jesus along side others. Our kids enjoy the children's ministry a lot, which also is a huge plus. Pastor Jason is funny and very down-to-earth, and the messages make you really think - how does this apply to me, today? Where is God taking me? And what can I do for His kingdom right where I'm at? We hope more people come to this church. Maybe its not for everyone? But we enjoy it a lot. Maybe its for you too.

  This is honestly one of the best churches in our area! Every single thing is done with excellence and intentionality. From the great signage in the parking lot to the friendly greeters at the door who instantly make you feel known and cared for. That isn't even the best part... The best part is the actual worship experience. Praise and worship is amazing and the preaching is authentic and inspirational. After the service Pastor Jason and Nicole Rollin stood in the lobby and talked with everyone! You just don't see that very often. What a great and special Church!

  Great welcoming place! I've been attending City Light since they opened their doors and can't imagine calling another church 'home'.
  The pastor is extremely relatable and always brings his teaching around to life application.
  All those who serve at the church are extremely helpful & really focus on making sure everyone gets a 'hello'.
  City Light is probably one of the most 'real' churches out there. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit!

  From the moment we walked into City Light we were greeted with smiles and made to feel so welcome and at ease. After the first worship experience, we knew we'd found our church "home." Our kids look forward to the fun they'll have at children's ministry every week and have made genuine friendships there. City Light is a place where God's Spirit flows, because where the Spirit of the Lord is there is FREEDOM. People are set free into destiny here. Jesus is lifted high and adored and servant leadership is modeled from the pulpit. This church is life giving in every way!

  Pastor Jason is one of the most genuine and caring pastors I've ever met! He is highly motivated and focused on serving the Rochester area each and every week. City Light does outreach at community events, passing out waters during races, hot chocolates at city events, and just serving in whatever way possible. With sincere and heartfelt leadership by Pastor Jason and Nicole, City Light is an easy choice to make if you're looking for a loving church!
